Ticket Policies

All online ticket purchases are managed through www.etix.com. To purchase, click the "Buy Tickets" button and find your performance on the Etix Calendar. If you’ve decided to attend a Loyola University performance, you’re in for a most enjoyable experience. Before you buy your tickets, please take a quick look at the following ticket policies to ensure there are no surprises. Call the Loyola Box Office at (504) 865-2074. The Box Office is located in the breezeway of the Communications/Music Complex on the corner of Calhoun St. and St. Charles Ave.

Payments

All tickets must be paid for at the time of ordering via cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover® card. No reservations are taken without payment. Checks are only accepted 14 days prior to a performance. Some venues require cash for tickets purchased at the door. 

Delivery

Tickets purchased via phone or online have two delivery options.

  1. Will Call: If you select Will Call as your method of pick-up, your tickets will automatically be held for pickup at the Box Office during normal hours of operation or at the door beginning thirty minutes prior to the event. You’ll need to present a driver’s license or other valid photo ID when picking up will-call tickets. If you purchased discounted tickets for students or Loyola staff, you will need to show your ID.
  2. Print at Home: You will receive an email with information on either printing your ticket out at home or viewing your ticket on your smartphone. If you choose this option, you do not need to visit the Box Office. Your paper ticket or phone screen be scanned at the venue door. If you purchased discounted tickets for students or Loyola staff, you will need to show your ID.

Fees

Handling fees apply to online orders. Credit card fees apply to credit card purchases. All handling fees and credit card fees are nonrefundable. There is no fee for cash purchases made in person at the Box Office. In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Refunds & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with no refunds unless an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Tickets for some events with multiple dates can be exchanged for alternate dates by calling or visiting the Loyola Box Office.

Discounts

All discounts must be requested at the time of purchase.

Senior Citizens: Some events are discounted for persons 62 and older.

Students: Some events are discounted for students. Discounts are applicable for those in high school and younger and full-time college students with valid I.D. University students holding discounted tickets will be asked to present their I.D. upon admission.

Children: Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket unless otherwise noted. As a courtesy to audience members, please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance.

Misplaced Tickets

Lost or stolen tickets that have been paid for with a credit card or check may be reprinted by calling (504) 865-2074 or visiting the Loyola Box Office at Loyola's Main Campus on the first floor of the Communications/Music Complex.
