Free parking is available for most events in the West Road Garage at Loyola University New Orleans. This garage is accessed through a driveway adjacent to Holy Name of Jesus Church on St Charles Avenue.
Directions to Loyola
From I-10 West Traveling East:
Follow the signs toward the Central Business District. As you enter the downtown area, follow the signs that merge to Hwy. 90 Westbank/Superdome/Claiborne Ave. After merging onto Hwy. 90, get in the righthand lane and exit at St. Charles Ave./Carondelet St. (do not cross the bridge). At the second traffic light, turn right onto St. Charles Ave. Follow St. Charles Ave. for four miles. Loyola's main campus is on the right at 6363 St. Charles Ave.
From I-10 East Traveling West:
As you enter the downtown area, follow the signs to Hwy. 90 Business/West Bank. Exit at St. Charles Ave./Carondelet Street (do not cross bridge). At the second traffic light, turn right onto St. Charles Ave. Follow St. Charles Ave. for four miles. Loyola's main campus is on the right at 6363 St. Charles Ave.
The Loyola Presents Box Office is located in the breezeway of the Communications/Music Complex at Loyola University New Orleans on the corner of Calhoun St. and St. Charles Ave. We open a minimum of 30 minutes before the start of every performance.
All tickets must be paid for at the time of ordering via cash or credit card. No reservations are taken without payment. Checks are only accepted 14 days prior to a performance.
- Will Call
If you select Will Call as your method of pick-up, your tickets will automatically be held for pickup at the Box Office during normal hours of operation or at the door beginning thirty minutes prior to the event. You’ll need to present a driver’s license or other valid photo ID when picking up will-call tickets. If you purchased discounted tickets, you will need to show the required ID.
- Print at Home
If you select Print at Home as your method of pick-up, you do not have to come to the Box Office. When you purchase your ticket online, you will receive instructions on how to print it at home. When you arrive at the event, we will be happy to scan your paper. If you purchased discounted tickets, you will need to show the required ID.
- Mobile Tickets
If you select Print at Home as your method of pick-up, you do not have to come to the Box Office or have a printed ticket. When you purchase your ticket online, you will receive instructions on how to view your ticket on your smartphone. When you arrive at the event, we will be happy to scan your phone. If you purchased discounted tickets, you will need to show the required ID.
If you forget to print your tickets or can't find your mobile ticket email, don't worry! If you show us your ID, we can look up your purchase and re-print the tickets for you at the Box Office.
All fees and taxes are included in the price of your ticket. Refunds & Exchanges ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with no refunds unless an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Tickets for some events with multiple dates can be exchanged for alternate dates by calling or visiting the Loyola Box Office.
All discounts must be requested at the time of purchase.
- Senior Citizens
Some events are discounted for persons 62 and older.
Some events are discounted for students. Discounts are applicable for those in high school and younger and full-time college students with valid ID. Students holding discounted tickets will be asked to present their ID upon admission.
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket unless otherwise noted. As a courtesy to audience members, please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance.
