Please note the President's office, CMFA, and Monroe Library have priority outside of the regularly scheduled Artist Receptions. Student groups are not allowed to use the Diboll Gallery for their events, and should request spaces available for their events in the Danna Center.
Exhibitions may not be altered in anyway to accommodate events, and should be held thoughtfully within the gallery setting. Events will not be scheduled during show changeovers. All set up and shut down of events is the responsibility of the event coordinator, and all trash should be removed immediately after the event.
