Payments

All tickets must be paid for at the time of ordering via cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover® card. Checks are only accepted 10 days prior to a performance. Some venues require cash for tickets purchased at the door.

Delivery

Tickets purchased via mail, phone, or online will automatically be held at will-call for pickup at the Box Office during normal hours of operation or at the door beginning thirty minutes prior to the event. You’ll need to present a driver’s license or other valid photo ID when picking up will-call tickets.

Fees

Handling fees may apply to phone, mail, and online orders. All handling fees are nonrefundable. In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Refunds & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with no refunds unless an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Tickets for some events with multiple dates can be exchanged for alternate dates by calling or visiting the Loyola Box Office.

Discounts

All discounts must be requested at the time of purchase.

Senior Citizens: Some events are discounted for persons 62 and older.

Students: Some events are discounted for students. Discounts are applicable for those in high school and younger and full-time college students with valid I.D. University students holding discounted tickets will be asked to present their I.D. upon admission.

Children: Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket unless otherwise noted. As a courtesy to audience members, please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance.

Complimentary Tickets

Complimentary tickets should be picked up in person with a valid photo ID at the Box Office during normal hours of operation or thirty minutes prior to an event at will call. These tickets can not be redeemed online. Handling fees may apply to any complimentary tickets that are requested over the phone.

Accessible Seating

If special seating is necessary, please advise the Box Office staff prior to purchasing tickets in order to ensure accommodation.

Late Seating

At most events, seating begins 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager or ushers at a suitable break in the performance. Theatre performances do not allow late entry.

Misplaced Tickets

Lost or stolen tickets that have been paid for with a credit card or check may be reprinted by calling or visiting the Loyola Box Office.

Seating Arrangements

Most events are offered as General Admission, which means all attending may sit wherever they wish, excluding any reserved seating area, on a 'first come, first served' basis. General Admission does not mean unlimited tickets are for sale, all performances have a maximum capacity and can sell out. For reserved seating events, groups wishing to be seated together must order at the same time.

Photographs / Recordings

Taking of photographs or operation of any recording device within the venue is strictly prohibited.

Electronic Devices

Using pagers, watch alarms, Personal Data Assistant devices, cell phones, or other electronic devices, even when silenced, is distracting to the performers and fellow audience members. As a courtesy, please deactivate and put away any of these items you may have with you during the performance.

Food, Beverages & Tobacco

Food and/or drinks are not allowed into any Loyola University performance venue. The use of tobacco products is prohibited in any of the College of Music and Fine Arts venues and buildings.

Lost & Found

If you’ve lost something while attending an event, be sure to check with the Box Office during regular office hours.
